Just open the app, select your config folder, modify whatever you want, press save, restart your FivePD and you're good to go! This app lets you easily edit your FivePD configs. Submitted by GTAPoliceMods in Official Releases.
FivePD is a unique FiveM game mode made by GTAPoliceMods Development. This is a Fire siren.The siren sound is up above (install) (open open IV and go to 圆4 audio sfx resdint.rpf and go to the vehicles folder and export it to open format and export it to a folder.next open the folder and go the the vehicles folder next take fire horn and drop it in there,next drop the wail,next drop the yelp,now go to open iv 圆4 audio sfx resdint.rpf and inport open format. (beware of that 15.7mb size limit of the vehicles folder). You would rename the 0x0E0DA7BC to be 0x0D329446, then drag that tone which gta 5 detects as being a police primary now not a granger siren into the vehicles folder. So if you want a tone that is used for Granger primary so it has the name as 0x0E0DA7BC. To verify above instructions (assuming it is the same method as your old pack) Police primary is 0x0D329446. I can record installing the pack and I will most likely be switching tones depending what you chose for the defaults. It won't be available till tomorrow sometime (currently 11:45 pm for me) . If it helps I can make a video on how to do it as I am making a new installation setup of lspdfr/gta5 as we speak. If you want to use a whelen siren tone for the fire truck, again, find the tones, use the firetruck hashtag names, install the tones in the vehicle folder and update via openiv. For example, if you wish to use the smart siren tones to replace the installed mastercom tones, just go to the smart siren folder, drag all of the tones into the vehicle folder to overwrite the mastercom files, and update it via openIV. 
Find the siren you want to use, refer to the hashtag list, copy the hashtag to the tones and install it in the vehicle folder.
